The Lighthouse1 system provides more than 150 pre-packaged reports containing banking, employer, plan management, consumer, and debit card information. Lighthouse1 Custom Reporting Solutions allow you to design reports using a convenient, drag-and-drop interface that leverages the power and flexibility of Microsoft® SQL Server® Report Builder 3.0.
Available data and tool options depend on whether you have Business User or Technical User access.
Business User Access gives you views of eight datasets that include information about claims, debit cards, deductions, contributions, and enrollment. You can customize reports using the Web-based, drag-and-drop interface of the Custom Report Manager.
Technical User Access gives you the capabilities of Business User Access along with direct access to more than 400 real-time views of your Lighthouse1 reporting database.
You can design and build custom reports using Report Builder 3.0 or the advanced reporting tool of your choice.
